    It Measures 10.5" Across.  Subject Matter is a Huge Waterfall With Red Roses in the Forground.  It is Signed by the Artist, Looks Like T. Ber---Something.
    It has the Emblem of K,T & K Co on the Back With an Eagle.  Also Says, "Semi-Vitreous Porcelain".  Beautiful Gilt Edge With Geometric Pattern.
