If You Have a Specific Weight Request

In most cases we can adjust the weight of your cue.  If making payment thru PayPal, you can put your weight request in the PayPal

box.   If not,  you can contact us immediately after payment using eBay Messages - Contact Seller tab.  If you don't specify a weight, you will generally receive a cue around 19.5 oz unless otherwise specified. Please contact us if you have any questions about tip or weight changes!

Returns
- On rare occasion the need to return an item occurs. With your return, you must include the

Return policy

within 30 days from the date that you received the item. The only reduction in the refund will be the shipping and handling fee.  If the item price included shipping, the hard cost shipping that we paid will be subtracted from the amount you paid to determine the total refund.  There is no reduction for shipping and handling if we are replacing an item that did not arrive to you correctly.
