If your shaft has a defect covered by this warranty, McDermott Cue will either repair or replace your shaft, at our option, without charge. This warranty will be void if the shaft has been subjected to any damage caused by abuse or mishandling. This warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original owner, provided the claim is accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt from an authorized McDermott dealer. The warranty registration card must be registered at time of purchase.

LIFETIME MAINTENANCE

McDermott has a maintenance program for their shafts whereby the original owner can send in the shaft TWICE A YEAR to be checked, cleaned, repaired, or replaced. This inspection process includes: checking structural integrity, resand, clean, refinish the shaft, replace the tip, clean the ferrule, and an overall cosmetic evaluation. This maintenance is FREE OF CHARGE to the original owner, but a small fee is charged when the cue is sent in to cover inspection, shipping and handling. Repairs without this maintenance program can be costly which makes this an EXCELLENT DEAL!
